A TAMA 38/2 project on quiet Zvi Shatz St. in Holon. The project includes demolition of an old two-story building, to be replaced by a modern five-story boutique residence with 20 spacious and beautiful apartments including garden apartments and penthouses.
OZ is accompanying this project as well as the developer’s Smuts St. project (in Tel Aviv) through all its stages—including raw material specifications, creating marketing materials, selecting suppliers, supervising work on the ground, and concluding with handing the keys to residents.
Yam Suf Towers in Ramat Gan

163 housing units (Phase A)
The project is located in a complex situated on HaMatmid St., corner of Arlozorov in Ramat Gan and is defined as an urban renewal project. The project includes the evacuation of 89 housing units, to be replaced by 285 housing units in two towers, each 30 stories high. The new building will includes floors of underground parking.
OZ came into the picture even before the building contractor was selected in order to choose the best suppliers and products for the project while maintaining high-level quality and economizing on the budget.
16 Shenkin St. | Tel Aviv

18 housing units + ground floor commercial space
The project is built of two rear garden apartments with a commercial ground floor facing Shenkin St. The building has five residential floors with four apartments on each floor. The top floor consists of a single penthouse unit.
Acting on behalf of the client, OZ managed the process of tendering and selecting suppliers of finishing products, negotiating terms and prices. Furthermore the company contributed to publishing branded marketing pamphlets for prospective residents.
Jaffa on the Boulevard

Boulevard Tara is constructing a modern residential complex situated at 135 Jerusalem Boulevard, the Boulevard’s center. The project merges beautifully with Jaffa’s envisioned future development and consists of six buildings (five-story, ten-story) with a total of 138 housing units.
Our company entered the project and assumed an active role, responding to the immediate challenge of meeting the available budget while delivering on the developer’s desire to fulfill his promise of creating high caliber product. OZ successfully met all objectives and expectations—delivering on the developer’s advertised promise of quality and actually saving money.
HILLSIDE – 34 Yoav St. | Ramat Gan

A TAMA 38/2 project including demolition of an old three-story building, replaced by construction of a modern and up-to-date building.
The HILLSIDE project is a boutique nine-story residential building that overlooks Yarkon Park. The developer meticulously planned the project with the aim of delivering large and luxurious apartments equipped with a broad variety of finishing products.
OZ is accompanying this and another of the developer’s projects through all processes involving suppliers – including selection of finishing products, negotiating with suppliers, building upgrade packages, and consultation in selecting public spaces.
Royal Concept project | Ramot, Beer Sheva

A cottage complex consisting of 47 one-floor cottages (two family / one family) in Beer Sheva’s highly sought after Ramot neighborhood.
OZ is accompanying the project, starting with specifications of finishing products, building marketing materials, and through to selecting suppliers for raw materials including for kitchens, interior and exterior doors, tiling, cladding, and sanitary ware.
Sde Boker – HaKnesset | Givataim
Situated near Givataim shopping mall, Sde Boker St. is currently undergoing urban renewal as part of the TAMA 38/2 project. Some 209 housing units are expected to be built on a gradual basis, with existing buildings replaced by new ones.
OZ is accompanying the project, starting with specifications of finishing products, developing marketing materials, and through to selecting suppliers for raw materials including tiling, cladding, and sanitary ware.
Dvora HaNevia project | SPARK Tel Aviv

26 housing units
SPARK is a TAMA 38/1 project situated at the corner of Dvora Hanevia and Beit El streets in north Tel Aviv. The project is composed of four existing buildings to which 26 housing units will be added, including ground floor garden apartments and new apartments 2-1/2 floors above the existing structure.
OZ has joined forces with Yahad Real Estate and is managing the project on behalf of the developer as well as another project in Ramat Gan—overseeing the entire process of selecting finishing products including tiling, cladding, sanitary ware, doors and kitchens.
The Alonim Hill Project
Rothstein Initiatives and Projects
Complex of six buildings constructed with the vision of preserving the balance between nature and the village, offering a high-level quality of life for tenants.
Each building contains 18 housing units for a total of 108 housing units.
After successfully implementing Rothstein’s project in Be’er Yakov, we were also selected for the Givat Alonim project. Here, OZ spearheaded the process of selecting suppliers of finishing products while at the same time accompanying the process of selecting public spaces—all the while observing the architect’s design conception. Our company issued a tender for competing suppliers, which led to significant financial savings on the products finally chosen.
Ramat HaSharon Green project
Developers: Yuvalim + Yisrael Levi
The project is situated in the Morasha area of Ramat HaSharon and is defined as an urban renewal project in which antiquated buildings are to be replaced by four modern buildings. Phase A of the project includes construction of 147 housing units.
OZ assessed various finishing product suppliers and took active part in project-related tours, until the final selection of suppliers and products for future tenants. Our service includes accompanying the selection of finishing products for public spaces, with the aim of supplying an especially high standard of products.
